benpac global services handles all central services for the Group in the areas of HR, legal, accounting/controlling, M&A, marketing, communications and purchasing. Group management is also based in this unit, which sets and controls all strategic goals. The central services are also provided for third-party companies.

We are looking for the location Peterborough/UK as of now or according to agreement:

Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for establishing a team to provide group-wide advice and managing the HR function to ensure that the company's HR strategy is aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive and be people-oriented and results- driven. They should also have demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics, knowledge of HR systems and databases, and the ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Responsibilities.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same or a similar role
• igher National Diploma (HND) minimum, CIPD qualification preferred
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
