benpac global services handles all central services for the Group in the areas of HR, legal, accounting/controlling, M&A, marketing, communications and purchasing. Group management is also based in this unit, which sets and controls all strategic goals. The central services are also provided for third-party companies.

IT Services Manager

Benpac Global Services are looking for a talented and motivated IT Services Manager as part of a centralized service, the IT manager at BGS will ensure that all benpac Group employees have the technology they need to do their jobs, from a reliable laptop to VPN access for remote workers and will coordinates with other departments such as HR or Finance to ensure data security. They will also conduct regular network and data security reviews while identifying and implementing opportunities to improve and upgrade software and systems within benpac Group. Likewise, all team communications fall within this scope. The candidate will develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for benpac Group and design training programs and workshops for all employees.

Responsibilities

• -Manage information technology and computer systems.
• -Develop and implement IT processes.
• -Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• -Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
• -Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
• -Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• -Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• -Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• -Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
• -Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• -Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

Requirements

• -Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
• -Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
• -Expertise in data centre management and data governance.
• -Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
• -Ability to manage personnel.

Qualifications

• -Bachelor's degree in IT
